1st Monday in November.
There are no meetings in the month of December. The meetings are held at the Westminister Presbyterian Church 1500 Scio Church Road, Ann Arbor MI 48103 ( please click Map for directions ). Parking is available at the parking lot.
Door opens at 7:30pm.
Members check in by registering at the door. Guests and visitors are welcome but must check in with a club officer. Junior collectors are also welcome at all meetings. Time is spent to socialize, browse through the contents at the auction table and the reference table/library. Members may borrow reference materials and catalogs. Club-owned stamps are sold at 1/3rd the catalog value to the members. The meeting starts at 7:50pm with motion for approval of the minutes of the last meeting. Then the business of the club is conducted along with the treasury report. Persons interested in joining the club may do so by filling the Membership Form and submitting it to one of the club officers. It is easier if the form is printed and filled in advance before the meeting. On approval of the membership in subsequent meetings, required club fees must be paid. The business meeting adjourns around 8:20pm. Details of the meetings are available in our monthly newsletters. After the meeting some time is allowed for members to go through the auction materials. Auction takes place after this. Every meeting either has a speaker wherein a member talks about a philatelic subject or there is a general discussion about a collective interest. Finally the program for the day ends around 9:15pm.
We look forward to seeing you there!
